Booking your 2025 Pass

Ready to buy your show passes? This section covers everything you need to know before you purchase them.
Money20/20 Europe passes can be booked online via our Pass Picker where you’ll be able to view all available pass options, benefits, pricing, and criteria.
Our delegates can register up to and throughout the show. We recommend securing your pass early to lock in the best rate. You can also secure your pass onsite at Badge Pick Up.
We offer group discounts which are automatically applied when purchasing 5 or more Standard passes together in a single transaction. These discounts are applicable only to Standard passes.
After entering your data and following the steps to purchase your pass, redeem your discount/offer code by adding this to the “Offer Code” box on the checkout page, just to the right under your Order Summary information. If you have any questions or difficulties with this process, please email the Delegates Team prior to placing the order for your pass.
Per our no-refund policies, Money20/20 will not issue refunds or credits due to failure to redeem a discount/offer code during the registration process.
Note that combining multiple discounts simultaneously including with our group volume discounts is not possible.
In addition to the Standard pass, we offer various application-only passes that have a set of criteria outlined on our Pass Picker.
To submit your pass application you’ll need to add the desired pass(es) to your basket and complete the pass registration form directly in your Account. To ensure you provide all necessary information on the application form, please check the criteria for the specific pass you are applying for. Note Growth and Early Stage start-up passes have a limit of 4 attendees, per company (1 pass required per attendee).
Once submitted, the Delegates Team will be in touch to confirm the status and outcome of your application within 3 working days. If your application is incomplete or is unfortunately declined we will email you to confirm the reasons it was unsuccessful and the next steps.

You’ll be able to register delegates without having to provide any details until 14th April 2025. After that, details are required to proceed to checkout. But don’t worry, you can swap out names later directly in the Pass Manager of your account if plans change.
Your passes will show as ‘Ready to go’ in your account once all details have been assigned (including uploading a headshot). Each delegate will then be able to collect their physical pass from the registration desks onsite.

Passes are non-transferable once printed but you are welcome to make changes in the lead-up and when onsite at the show, as long as the original pass has not been printed. Our passes are valid for the full duration of the show and we don’t offer single-day passes.
We regret that Money20/20 will be unable to offer refunds (including pass-downgrades) or credits for any current or future Money20/20 shows. But don’t worry, you can replace a delegate via your Pass Manager free of charge, until the last day of the show.

To proceed with a name change directly in your account follow these steps: On the pass you wish to replace, select *Options > Delegate Details > Edit Details > “To replace the delegate, please click here” > Save. *
Yes, Money20/20 Connect is our AI Matchmaking tool which will allow you to connect with decision-makers who matter to you. The desktop platform and mobile App will be made available for all delegates approximately 4 weeks before the show. To access Money20/20 Connect you will need to have a valid Money20/20 pass and a Money20/20 Europe account set up. The email you use to set up your account must match the one registered on your pass. Don’t worry, we will also email all delegates closer to the time with steps on how to access it.
Registered delegates will be able to view, sort, and filter the attendee list in Money20/20 Connect - our official App - when it launches. GDPR and internal policies prohibit sharing delegate data with individual delegates and sponsors.
In the App, delegates will also be able to speak directly with matches via instant messaging, book and accept unlimited meeting requests, build their personalised agenda, view the floor plan, and more.
You will have the opportunity to opt in or opt out of networking by updating your delegate preferences directly on your pass registration details online or by contacting us. You will also be able to update this directly on the App by clicking on ‘Update your profile.’
Your networking profile does not include any contact details such as your email address or telephone number. Please note that if you decide to opt out you will not be able to use the platform to browse or reach out to other attendees.
Money20/20 owns all rights to the attendee list and does not sell the list to third parties. Your information is confidential and we process it responsibly. We will only share personal data with our selected partners and sponsors to enhance the attendee experience. If required, personal data will be shared with public and/or governmental authorities, brands within Ascential, IT and analytics providers and/or agency partners.
