Everything you need to know about collecting your badge when you arrive

When you arrive at the venue for the first time, you’ll need to collect your badge from our Badge Pick Up desks. See our Q&A below for useful information to know before you arrive.

All attendees are required to always wear a Money20/20 Europe badge onsite including their headshot – this is your passport for entry at the show.

What do I need to bring to collect my badge?

Please bring a form of ID and your badge pick up barcode email; A few days before the show, you’ll receive an email with your unique barcode and badge pick up details. You’ll also find the barcode in the Money20/20 Connect App, under ‘Badge Pick-Up'.

If you can’t find the barcode email, don’t worry. Head to the Badge pick up desks anyway, and the Money20/20 staff will be able to assist you with your booking.

What does my badge look like?

Note name changes will not be possible after the badge is printed onsite.

Can I buy a pass onsite when I arrive?

Can I collect a badge on behalf of a colleague?

How can I make a name change?

You can update the name on your pass online via your Pass Manager up until a few days before the show. Alternatively, name changes can be made at the registration desks onsite, provided the badge hasn’t already been printed or collected. All name changes are free of charge.

To update a name in your account: Go to the pass you wish to update. Select Options > Replace delegate > Add new delegate's details > Save. Proceed to update the details.

If you don’t see this option, it may not be available for the pass type you're trying to update. In that case, please contact us at europe@money2020.com for assistance.
