How to collect your Money20/20 badge onsite at the show
__When you enter Money20/20 Europe for the first time, you’ll need to collect your badge from Badge Pick Up. Everyone will need to wear a badge onsite at all times – this will be your passport to the show. __ 2025 Registration and show opening hours will be confirmed closer to the time
Badge Pick Up Location
Badge pick-up can be accessed via Entrance E > Forum Lounge where you will find our registration desks to collect your badge for the show.
What You Need To Know
Please bring a form of ID and your badge pick up barcode email. A few days before the show, you’ll receive an email with your unique barcode and details on how to collect your badge onsite. You’ll also find the barcode in the Money20/20 Connect App, under Badge Pick-Up. If you can’t find the barcode email, don’t worry. Head to the Registration desks anyway, and the staff will help you locate the booking onsit
Your Money20/20 Europe badge will include your headshot, first and last name, job title, and company name. Make sure the details on your badge are up to date, but you can always log in to Pass Manager to make any changes. If your pass isn’t in your account because it was booked by someone else, please ask the booking contact to make the changes or email the Delegates Team and they’ll be happy to help.
Absolutely. Head to Registration or buy your pass online.
You can collect a badge for someone else and we’ll be able to add the collection details to the booking. Please make sure you bring the badge pick up barcode email with you or an email from the delegate with permission to collect the badge on their behalf.
As long as the badge hasn’t been used or printed already, you can make a name change at the Registration desks or online by following these steps: On the pass you wish to replace, select Options > Delegate Details > Edit Details > “To replace the delegate, please click here” > Save.
Once a pass has been registered, it will remain in the Booking Contact's Money20/20 Europe account online under Pass Manager. But don’t worry, the attendee registered against the pass will still receive all the show details they need – including information on the program, the Money20/20 Connect App, Badge Pick Up, and more. Depending on the order, you may be able to move the pass into a different online account. Email the Delegates team to find out more.
Yes. There will be two cloakrooms available which will remain open throughout the show. Our onsite teams will be on hand to assist with the storage of jackets and small luggage. Cloakroom opening hours will be updated closer to the time.
