/ Accessibility At The RAI

The RAI Amsterdam is committed to ensuring that our events are accessible to everyone, including those with diverse abilities. Their facilities are designed to accommodate attendees with reduced mobility, providing a welcoming and inclusive experience for all.

There will be signage across the venue for accessible lifts, routes, and toilets. These will be signposted in our ‘You are here’ boards (also available via our interactive map on our official App) located across from the entrance and show floor areas.

All our content stages have step-free access to ensure that everyone, regardless of physical abilities, can navigate and access seamlessly.

We offer reserved seating at our main stages and line skip for anyone with reduced mobility and you’ll also find an accessible desk (Desk 1) in the Fast Track lane. There will be a discreet icon on your badge to let staff know you require access to these services. You can request this via the online pass registration form, at the Badge Pick Up desks, or one of our Info Desks. This also includes adjustments that we already have in place, e.g. ramps, accessible lifts, mental health aiders, or other requirements.experience for all.

/ Mobility Assistance

We do have mobility scooters/wheelchairs available on a first come first serve so please let us know here so that we can book this for you in advance.
