Accessibility at the venue

The show is fully accessible, and you will find an interactive floor plan with signage for accessible routes, lifts and restrooms.

All our content stages have step-free access, and we offer reserved seating at our main stages and line skip for anyone with reduced mobility.

There will be a discreet icon on your badge to let staff know you require access to these services. You can request this via the online pass registration form, at the Badge Pick Up desks, or one of our Info Desks.

Food & Beverage

Your pass includes complimentary food and drinks throughout the show. Vegetarian and vegan options will be widely available, as well as a range of non-alcoholic drinks at all bars and networking events. All allergens and ingredients will be clearly highlighted across all food products and menus. You will be able to update your dietary preferences via the online pass registration form.

Dietary Requirements

If you have a special dietary requirement and filled in the details on your ticket form in the Pass Manager and selected Kosher, Halal or Indian Vegetarian Meal, we will be in touch with further information before the event to confirm collection times and location.
