/ I Am Interested In Becoming A Sponsor, Where Can I Find Details Of Options/Pricing?

To find out more about sponsorship options for Money20/20 Europe in 2024 please visit Why Sponsor where you’ll be able to view the floorplan, download the sponsor brochure and submit a new enquiry. Please allow up to 2 working days for an Account Manager to contact you to discuss options and pricing.

/ I Require Assistance With Logistics For Our Sponsorship, Who Can I Contact?

Visit the sponsor portal to access a comprehensive array of sponsor resources. These include logistical and technical information, along with instructions on updating your sponsor profile.

If your query is relating to sponsor logistics and planning please get in touch by emailing our Commercial Operations Team with your request and allow up to 2 working days for a response.

/ My Company Is Already A Confirmed Sponsor, How Do I Register Our Allocated Passes?

Once your Money20/20 sponsorship contract is signed, any sponsorship passes included in your agreement will automatically show in your Money20/20 Account, under your Purchased Orders section.

In order to access your sponsorship passes and assign delegate details you'll need to follow these steps:

  1. Create or Login to your Money20/20 account.

  2. Navigate to your Pass Manager > Purchased Orders. You’ll be able to see the passes under this section. If you don’t see them, please get in touch with the Delegates Team for assistance.

  3. In order to assign delegate details to each pass, click on 'Provide More Details' and repeat this process for all passes. The pass status will change to 'Ready to Go' once all required details, including uploading a recent headshot, have been added.

It's crucial to register all passes in advance to ensure you and your team have access to the official Money20/20 App and your delegates receive relevant event information in the lead up to the show.

/ We’d Like To Add Additional Passes To Our Sponsorship, Can You Send Us An Invoice?

If you’d like to purchase more delegate passes in addition to your sponsorship passes, you can do so via our Pass Picker and pay via bank transfer/invoice. Remember to use your unique sponsor discount code at checkout. If you are unsure what this is, get in touch with the Delegates Team.

If you are purchasing 20+ passes under 1 transaction, you might be entitled to a higher discount through our group discounts which are calculated automatically upon purchase. Note, combining multiple discounts simultaneously is not possible.
