Registering Online via Invoice

How our Invoicing functionality works:

All booking orders must be completed online.

You will see ‘Bank Transfer’ listed under payment methods at checkout. After selecting it and clicking ‘Place Order’, a pro forma invoice will be automatically generated using the billing details provided. Please note that this is only an order confirmation and the official tax invoice will be emailed to you from customeraccounts@money2020.com within 24-48 hours of the order being placed.

This invoice will be due for immediate payment upon receipt.

Our invoicing functionality will no longer be available 2 weeks preshow, from Monday 18th May, for any invoice enquiries after that period please reach out to europe@money2020.com,

How to Assign Names and a Photo to your Pass

To access and assign names to passes on behalf of your team or make any replacements, please follow the steps below:

Log in to your Money20/20 account

Click “Account” in the top right-hand corner

Click on “Pass Manager”

On the pass you wish to edit select Options > Delegate Details > Edit Details > Enter Delegate Details > Save.

To upload your photo in the Pass Manager, click on Options > Delegate Details > Upload Headshot or hover directly over the photo icon on the pass > Add photo.
