With a background spanning technology, data, and financial services, Chris has built a reputation for turning strategy into results. He is passionate about staying close to customers, building strong teams, and creating organizations that can adapt and grow. Before Finastra, Chris served as CEO of Pluralsight and Avantax, where he led the company through a successful transformation and acquisition by Cetera Financial Group. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Bloomberg, The Weather Company, and Encompass Digital Media, and was a Partner at McKinsey & Company. Chris holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Business from the University of Vermont.
