Get Started

To access Money20/20 Connect, please ensure you have a Money20/20 website account set up. The email address linked to the account must match that on your pass.

If you don’t have a Money20/20 website account yet or have one under a different email address, sign up using the same email address as the one on your pass.

Set Up Your Team

The ‘My Team’ area of Money20/20 Connect is only available for our sponsors via the web platform. The first person logging in from the sponsor company automatically becomes the Admin.

This function will allow you to have a complete team view of your time on-site. It will enable you to be proactive in your planning before you arrive in Bangkok.

In the top navigation bar, you will find ‘My Team’.

Sponsor Profile Updates

If you want to make a change to your sponsor profile (i.e. change your logo or bio), you can update this inside the Sponsor Portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for any changes to reflect. For any assistance setting up your team or sponsor profile updates, please get in touch with the Customer Success team at cs.eu@money2020.com.

If you want to make a change to your sponsor profile (ie. change your logo or bio), you can update this directly in the sponsor portal. Any changes will show within 24 hours. You are unable to change your location or company name via the portal, so for this please contact cs.eu@money2020c.com to assist.

To access the Money20/20 Connect platform you will need to have a Money20/20 registered pass and a website account. The email address linked to your website account must match that on your pass. If you don’t have a Money20/20 website account or you have one with a different email address, please create one using the same email address as the one on your pass.

Note that your Money20/20 pass will not reflect in your account if it was booked on your behalf, but don’t worry, as long as your pass is registered you’ll be able to access the platform by following the steps above and receive all the relevant event information in the lead-up to the show.
