Money20/20 Connect App Troubleshooting

Having Trouble Logging in?

We’re not currently able to log you in to Money20/20 Connect.

This is because the email address you have used to log in does not match the one against your pass or you have not created a Money20/20 account yet. If you do not yet have a pass for Europe 2025, you will not be able to login. Please note it can take up to 1 working day from purchase for access to be enabled for you to log in to Money20/20 Connect (via desktop or the mobile app). Please select the show you are trying to access below to view our troubleshooting tips.

If you have a pass, please note the following:

Make sure you have downloaded the 2025 App via the App Store or Google Play. If you have the 2024 App, please delete it and download the new version.

The email address on your Money20/20 website account must match the email address on your pass. If you are not sure which email address has been used against your pass, you can check via your Pass Manager or you will need to check with the login contact who booked on your behalf.

Please note that if someone else purchased your pass on your behalf, it won’t appear in your Pass Manager but you will still have access to the app and you will receive all show related comms. However, as long as your email was added to the pass, you’ll be able to access our app and you will receive all correspondence in regards to your pass. If you do not already have an account using the same email address that is against your pass, please Sign Up to create a new account.

If you have an account but have forgotten the password, please click on ‘Forgotten Password?’ from the Money20/20 Login page. You will then be able to log in to Money20/20 Connect desktop or via the mobile app.

It can take up to 1 working day from purchase for access to be enabled for you to log in to Money20/20 Connect (via desktop or the mobile app).

If your company has purchased a pass but it has not yet been assigned to anyone, please ask the login contact to assign the pass to you first from the Purchased Orders section of their Pass Manager.

If you do not have a pass already, you can buy now. Please note it can take up to 1 working day from purchase for access to be enabled for you to log in to Money20/20 Connect (via desktop or the mobile app).

How do I create an account for the first time? To create an account:

  1. Click this link
  2. Click "Sign Up" in bold under the login entry
  3. Enter the email associated with your pass (this is very important!)
  4. Click "Sign Up" And your account is created! Use the same login credentials for accessing the connections app.

How can I view the attendee list? All registered delegates can use the official e Money20/20 Connection app networking function to filter by company, job title, sector, department, seniority, country, interest in investment and other options for all delegates opted in to networking.
