FinanceFWD reports exclusively on the return of Barzahlen founders Sebastian Seifert and Achim Bönsch, who sold Barzahlen to Paysafe in 2021 for approximately $100 million. With finperks, they are now working with former CEO Andreas Veller to build a digital one-stop shop for gift cards and prepaid products, having raised €3.3 million from Motive Partners and seed+speed Ventures.
