The Berlin-based fintech finperks has raised $4 million in pre-seed funding led by Motive Partners and seed+speed Ventures. The startup is building an API infrastructure for the global prepaid market, enabling banks, fintechs, and HR platforms to access over 1,000 brands in Europe for cashback, tax-free employee benefits, and digital gift cards through a single integration. The new capital will be used to expand the team, establish brand partnerships, and drive European expansion.
