finperks has raised $4M in pre-seed funding led by Motive Partners and seed+speed Ventures to build a single API layer for the fragmented global prepaid market. The Berlin-based startup, founded by the team behind Barzahlen/viafintech, enables banks, fintechs, and HR platforms to offer cashback, digital gift cards, and tax-free employee benefits through one integration.
