Prepaid payments startup raises $4m pre-seed round

finperks has raised $4M in a pre-seed round backed by Carsten Maschmeyer, seed+speed Ventures, and Motive Partners to build global prepaid payment infrastructure. Just six months after launch, the company has already onboarded partners including FLIZpay, Recardy, and Paylo, and enabled over 1,000 brands across 30 markets. Its single API covers use cases ranging from cashback and employee benefits to loyalty point conversion and agentic prepaid wallets.
