Tim Moncrieff is the VP, Global Head of Strategic Initiatives for Visa’s Cross-Border Solutions and Money Movement business. In this role, he drives the strategy for Visa’s global network expansion, focusing on settlement growth, domestic market interoperability, and diversification into new payment domains.

A leading voice on the future of financial infrastructure, Tim sits on the Bank of England’s CBDC Technology Forum and leads Visa’s engagement with the UK Regulated Liability Network (RLN). He is also a member of the Financial Stability Board’s (FSB) PIE Taskforce, working to enhance cross-border payments globally.
