Biography
Thomas joined DN Capital in 2012 and became Managing Partner in 2025. He began his career in investment banking at Barclays Capital before moving into venture capital, helping build DN’s investment team from an early stage. He was a core member of the deal team behind Auto1, one of DN’s most successful IPOs.
At DN Capital, Thomas co-leads the software sector team, focusing on Series A Enterprise AI investments. His thesis centers on applied AI, machine learning, and automation technologies that create defensible data moats and transform enterprise workflows.
He has backed category-defining companies from Seed to IPO, including Auto1, HomeToGo, Yassir, and Incode, where he led the Series A and serves as board member.
His portfolio includes Leapwork, Hypatos, GetAccept, NoMagic, Artur’In, and Zivver. He also led DN’s Seed investment in Yassir, now one of Africa’s leading tech unicorns valued at over $1 billion.
