Simon has played a key role in the development and growth of prepaid products across DOSH and allpay. With over 12 years’ experience in prepaid and e‑money solutions, his work spans both consumer and public‑sector use cases, designing products that serve unbanked and underserved customers, and supporting governments, local authorities and organisations to deliver benefit payments, emergency funding and other financial support quickly and securely.

Simon focuses on ensuring regulated financial products are accessible, secure, and capable of supporting individuals who may otherwise struggle to access mainstream banking services.
