Shail Deep is the Chief Operating Officer at Experian, driving innovation-led growth and scaling businesses across EMEA and APAC. She leads the entire customer value chain—spanning Sales, Marketing, Products, Analytics, Technology, Operations and Risk—to deliver cutting-edge solutions that redefine data and tech.

Previously, as SVP and Chief Product Officer at TransUnion, Shail spearheaded market-first innovations, earning the ‘Business Leader of the Year’ award for Technology and Analytics. She was also recognized as ‘Advocate of the Year’ for her commitment to advancing women in tech and finance. Prior to this, she held senior leadership roles at HSBC, including Global Head of Cards and Global Head of Innovation and Partnerships.

Having lived and worked across the US, UK, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and India, Shail brings a unique cross-market perspective to innovation and growth. She holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.Tech from IIT Delhi.
