Robrecht Vandormael is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting Brussels and heads the EU Financial Services team. Robrecht is a policy expert, advising companies in the area of digital payments, fintech, asset management and digital financial services in general. He works with government affairs leaders, general counsels and C-Suite executives, helping them understand and manage complex policy and regulatory issues that impact their business. Mr. Vandormael also advises his clients on political reputation campaigns and is a recognized expert in coalition building, having set up several trade associations. He regularly speaks at industry and policy conferences, is featured in media and has published articles in his area of expertise. He is also a selected member of the official stakeholder advisory body on payment systems to the European Commission.
