Rob is a Partner at Balderton Capital - a multistage venture firm with more than 25 years of experience supporting Europe’s best founders from Seed to IPO. Rob’s focus sectors are fintech, insurtech, gaming, marketplaces and SaaS, and he works closely with companies including Dream Games, Cleo, Wagestream, Primer, Zego, Premialab, PlayPlay, Agave, Lassie, Qargo, Lawhive and Carwow. Prior investments include Wooga (acquired by Playtika) and Numeral (acquired by Mambu).

Rob previously worked for Google as a Manager in the EMEA Strategy & Ops team, and as a senior consultant at Bain. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MMath from Cambridge.
