Reshmi is a strategic leader with proven expertise in strategic partnerships, AI & Agentic commerce partnerships, product commercialization, go-to-market, and corporate strategy. She is passionate about leading effective, impactful, and execution-focused teams and deeply cares about women empowerment and inclusion. She has been in payments for the last few years, leading the Strategic Partnerships team at Worldpay where she continues to source, negotiate, and enable partners that bring additional capabilities and revenue to Worldpay's solution suite. She has an MBA from the Yale School of Management and an Aerospace Engineering degree from IIT Madras. She is an Ambassador for the Women of the Future programme, where she was nominated in the Business category at the Asian Women of Achievement awards.
