Rebecca is a seasoned leader in financial innovation, currently leading the Innovation and FinTech practice at Jaguar Land Rover Global Financial Services, where she drives long-term strategy and innovation initiatives in partnership with a global mobility and FinTech ecosystem. Previously, she was the Head of APAC and Global Head of Data & Research at a Tel Aviv-based FinTech platform, enabling digital transformation for tier-1 global banks. With over a decade of experience in capital markets across the Asia Pacific region, Rebecca brings a wealth of expertise to her roles. Rebecca has also contributed to academia, designing and teaching the FinTech Entrepreneurship course for MBA students at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and serving as a visiting researcher at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
