Rachel is the Head of AI, responsible for accelerating and de-risking the use of AI across Swift. She oversees the exploration, deployment, and governance of AI to support the delivery of the company’s strategy—driving transformative initiatives, fostering cultural change, and unlocking opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and resilience.

Previously, Rachel led the Enterprise AI team, where she was instrumental in delivering the company’s first generative AI tools. In this role, she focused on leveraging AI to enhance productivity, improve customer experience, and generate powerful insights to advance the company’s strategy.

Rachel’s recent contributions to the industry in the AI space have been recognized with her inclusion in the Women in FinTech Powerlist for two consecutive years (2023 and 2024).
