Pat has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, having held significant roles at VISA, Barclaycard, Capital One, and Morgan Stanley. Her early career at John Lewis PLC ignited a deep passion for the retail community. In December 2022, Pat joined J.P. Morgan Payments, where she leads the Merchant Acquiring Product business for the EMEA region.

Pat is an active contributor to industry discussions, having served as a panellist at events organised by the Merchant Risk Council, Merchant Advisory Group, and Women in Treasury. She is also dedicated to mentoring, guiding both current and former colleagues, and is recognised as a Money2020 RiseUp Mentor. She holds a BA in French and Spanish from Leeds University and an MA in Spanish from UCL.

In addition, Pat is a European Board member for the Merchant Risk Council and a Trustee of the Richard Dimbleby Cancer Fund. She actively supports several J.P. Morgan business resource groups, including Women on the Move, AsPIRE, and the Apprenticeship programme. Outside of work, Pat enjoys running, travelling, and playing the piano.
