Nektarios Liolios is a fintech veteran and entrepreneur who has spent more than 15 years building and supporting startup ecosystems around the world. As a co-founder of Startupbootcamp FinTech, he helped launch and scale one of the first global accelerators dedicated to financial technology, working closely with founders, investors, and financial institutions across multiple markets.

Today his work focuses on founder resilience and the realities of building companies under sustained pressure. He is the co-founder of Foundology and The Future Farm, initiatives that combine research, practical tools, and peer-support formats to help founders better understand the personal, relational, and leadership challenges that come with entrepreneurship.
