Morgan O'hana co-founded Defacto in 2021 with her partners Marco and Jordane. She leads partnerships, customer engagement, and operations. Before Defacto, she was an early team member at Spendesk, where she built and managed the partnership team across Europe and handled key strategic projects.

Morgan started her career at BCG, working in Casablanca and later in Paris, focusing on the private equity division. Her experience spans from grassroots team building to high-level strategy, making her a practical and effective leader in the fintech industry.
