Merve Ferrero is Chief Strategy Officer at Zopa Bank, where she leads everyday banking, covering current accounts, savings, investments and payments. She is also responsible for Zopa's inorganic growth strategy, alongside its organic growth.

Merve joined Zopa in 2015 and has built and scaled multiple products, including its award-winning savings products. She also led the launch of Zopa Bank, which allowed the company to grow over 2 million customers and become profitable.

Merve has over 17 years of experience in strategy, product and business development. Before Zopa, she built and scaled tech companies in China, and before that she worked in investment banking in Turkey.
