Megha is a Senior Partner at McKinsey and the Global Co-Leader of Payments. She has partnered with a large UK retail bank to define and deliver a three-year transformation, achieving a 5pp market share gain in Affluent, Youth, and Family segments, with 97% digital sales. Megha also led a multi-year partnership with a European bank, driving $50bn+ AUM growth, launching a new Affluent proposition, and scaling the UK’s first hybrid advice journey in collaboration with regulators.

She spearheaded the 2030 Future Vision of Payments with the Bank of England, addressing access to cash, liability strategy, fraud prevention, and regulation amidst digital disruption. Megha also supported HMT’s COVID Corporate Financing Facility, disbursing £70bn+ in credit to large corporates.

An IIT chemical engineering graduate, Megha previously held leadership roles at Capital One, HBOS, and Travelex. She also serves on the Board of Trustees at Blood Cancer UK.
