Megan Caywood Cooper is the founder and CEO of Caywood, an AI-driven Wealth-Tech platform.

Considered one of the world’s leading authorities in FinTech, Megan’s career began in 2012 in Silicon Valley at a leading financial software company, Intuit. She joined as product manager and she contributed to the company’s digital transformation. Since she has gone on to work for big companies such as Xero, Starling Bank, Barclays and ClearBank. Megan’s exceptional work in San Fransico saw her receive an Exceptional Talent Visa for her work in financial technology. She then moved to the UK to help start Starling Bank as Chief Platform Officer. Here she was awarded Forbes 30 Under 30 in recognition of her work. From here she was headhunted to Barclays in 2019 to serve as Global Head of Digital Strategy, and then promoted to Chief Product Officer to implement the digital strategy for Barclays UK.
