Mandy Lamb is the Head of Visa’s Value‑Added Services (VAS) in Europe, leading the delivery of capabilities that help clients accelerate growth across digital innovation, risk management, acceptance and open banking. Based in London, she oversees Visa’s VAS portfolio, shaping solutions that support clients’ evolving needs and help them navigate the future of commerce and financial services. Prior to this role, Mandy served as Visa’s Regional Managing Director for the UK and Ireland. She has been with Visa for more than 16 years, holding senior leadership roles across Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa. Her global career includes roles as Group Country Manager for Southeast Asia and leadership of 17 markets across the Commonwealth of Independent States & Southeastern Europe. Before joining Visa, Mandy built deep expertise across financial services and technology, with roles spanning retail banking, IT and payments.
