Lucy Demery is Senior Vice President, Head of Visa Commercial Solutions in Europe, where she leads Visa’s B2B payments business. She collaborates with bank issuers, acquirers, technology platforms, and Fintechs to deliver innovative solutions and drive go-to-market strategies. Lucy is part of the Visa Europe Leadership Team and the Global Visa Commercial Solutions Leadership Team.

Before joining Visa, Lucy was a Managing Director at Barclays Investment Bank, overseeing Fintech Banking in Europe. She also served as Global Head of Fintech Banking at Standard Chartered in London and worked at J.P. Morgan in New York.

Lucy has extensive experience in payments and fintech innovation, driving results across corporate finance, M&A, transaction banking, and treasury management.

She graduated with First Class Honors from the London School of Economics and holds a Juris Doctorate from Columbia University. Originally from Hong Kong, Lucy now resides in London.
