Dr Louise Beaumont is a market development strategist with deep expertise in fintech, financial services, technology, and critical national infrastructure. She has held executive and non-executive roles across global corporates, start-ups, scale-ups, industry bodies, and venture capital, working in approximately 30 countries.

Louise specialises in turning regulatory complexity into commercial opportunity, with a particular focus on smart data ecosystems from their genesis in open banking. She has over 15 years of experience in the field: from being the fintech entrepreneur to running VC fintech portfolios; from founding Mastercard’s Open+ programme to leading Marketing & Communications for Invela; from chairing open banking and open finance working groups at UK Finance and techUK to participating in standards working groups with Open Banking Ltd and The Berlin Group; and from engaging with relevant government departments to working with key regulators.
