Leonardo J. Collado is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Pismo at Visa, a role he

assumed in March 2026. In this position, he leads Pismo’s business and strategic direction,

focusing on expanding its capabilities, strengthening client and partner relationships, and

advancing next-generation payment, banking, and financial technology solutions across global

markets.

Leonardo joined Visa in 2011 and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Head of Value-Added

Services (VAS) for Latin America and the Caribbean. In that role, he was responsible for

articulating and executing Visa’s VAS strategy across the region, driving growth across a broad

portfolio of solutions spanning acceptance, issuing, open banking, and risk and fraud management.

Under his leadership, the portfolio included advanced technologies and services such as

Cybersource, Visa Advanced Authorization, Visa Secure, Visa Risk Manager, Decision Manager, and

Visa Consumer Authentication Service.
