Karan Katyal leads Agentic Commerce at Adyen, where he is responsible for strategy and GTM for Adyen in the emerging agentic commerce ecosystem. This includes working with enterprise merchants to prepare their payment infrastructure for the agentic era, and building partnerships with the world's largest AI platforms and agent developers. Previously, he was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company and held roles at Novus Partners and Deer Isle Capital.
