Two-time exited fintech founder Jessica Holzbach leads 0TO9’s Germany operations, bringing a decade of experience as both an investor and operator in European fintech. She scaled Germany’s biggest online business bank, Penta, to 70,000 SME customers, raised over €80M in venture capital and led a 300-person team before its acquisition by Qonto. Holzbach’s second venture, Pile Capital, was sold to Vivid Money within three years. She is an active angel investor in companies like Ivy and Xaver and was elected the youngest female supervisory board member in German banking history at Fürstlich Castell’sche Bank. Holzbach has been recognised as a Forbes 30 Under 30 and German Founder of the Year for her work in the startup ecosystem and financial services.
