Eric leads the innovation cluster of the market infrastructure and innovation department at De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). Before his current position, he worked as analyst in the prototyping and IT team of the digital euro project at the European Central Bank, and as advisor on retail payments and crypto assets at DNB. He holds a PhD in pure mathematics from the University of Cambridge (UK).
