Elizabeth Rossiello is the CEO and founder of AZA Finance, global fintech specialising in Africa founded in Nairobi in 2013. AZA is the go-to partner for businesses needing foreign exchange, treasury, payments, and settlement in frontier markets. Under her leadership, the company has served over 1.5M customers in 180+ countries, transacting $9billion+ in funds.

In 2024, AZA Finance was a semi-finalist for the Milken-Motsepe prize, was recognised as a Top 5 inspiring workplace in Africa and for best use of technology in business payments by the Paytech Awards. Elizabeth was named Fintech Leader of the Year by both Fintech Awards London and The Fintech Times, and since 2022, she has been featured in the Standout 45 Women in Fintech Powerlist. In 2025, she was listed as one of American Banker's Most Influential Women in Payments. She has been a guest lecturer at UC Berkeley, Oxford University, and MIT.
