Dima is a seasoned fintech founder with over 25 years of experience in cross-border payments and financial services. He began his career in 2000 at a startup offering FX hedging solutions to global e-commerce merchants, which later became Borderfree (NASDAQ: BRDR).

He joined Payoneer (NASDAQ: PAYO) as Vice President of Product, helping expand the platform’s global footprint. Dima then founded a consultancy advising fintechs on product strategy and growth.

In 2016, he launched Clear Junction to simplify how financial institutions move money globally. The company provides correspondent account services to regulated institutions and now employs over 150 people across the UK and Europe. It serves hundreds of clients and processes tens of billions in annual transactions.
