Debbie Janeczek is Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at ING, responsible for the bank’s global cybersecurity strategy and operations. With more than 15 years of leadership experience across financial services, technology and government, she has held senior security roles at ING, SWIFT, Wells Fargo, Twilio and American Express. Debbie also serves on the Board of Directors of FS-ISAC, helping to strengthen cyber resilience and collaboration across the global financial sector. A former U.S. Navy Intelligence Officer, she is a recognized leader in cybersecurity, operational resilience, AI governance and digital trust.
