Bryony Naylor is VP, Europe at Money20/20, leading the strategy, commercial growth and partnerships for the continent’s flagship fintech show in Amsterdam. With a decade in the events industry across i2i, Ascential and Informa, she has steered record-breaking editions, catalysing hundreds of meetings and new features such as SmartMeets and The Intersection bridging TradFi and DeFi.

Previously, she held senior commercial roles including Head of Sales at Money20/20 and Key Account Director at Bett (Ascential). Bryony is passionate about creating spaces where meaningful connections flourish and business gets done. A University of Leeds alumna, she works closely with sponsors, innovators and scale-ups to shape the industry’s conversations and deliver measurable ROI.

Based in the UK, she helps shape Informa Festivals’ flagship fintech portfolio, championing the community that defines what’s next in European fintech.
