Andrew Rankin is Chief Payments Officer for HSBC UK Retail Banking and Wealth, leading the Payments business across all HSBC UK consumer brands. With nearly two decades of experience in financial services he’s built deep expertise in consumer banking and product leadership. Previously, Andrew held executive leadership roles where he was accountable for commercial performance, customer outcomes and regulatory delivery across HSBC’s cards and USL portfolios. He brings hands-on experience in product innovation and new product development with a focus on delivering simpler, more seamless customer experiences.
