Andrea is a senior leader in the financial services and payments ecosystem, with a career spanning in consultancy, tier one banking institutions and leading cloud technology platforms. She brings over 16 years of banking expertise and works with customers to develop and execute on strategic initiatives that drive their digital transformation journey on the cloud. She has held influential roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Banco Santander, where she led strategic initiatives across digital banking and payments modernisation.

At AWS, Andrea partners with leading EMEA financial institutions and Fintechs to drive cloud adoption and digital transformation in the front, middle, and back office, with particular focus on youth banking, customer acquisition and hyper personalization. Previously at Santander, she played a key role in shaping digital distribution, customer engagement with loyalty platforms, and customer centric banking experiences within one of Europe’s largest financial groups.
