RAI Amsterdam has facilities to ensure the show is physically accessible for attendees with reduced mobility.
All stages, catering areas, and badge pick up have access for speakers and audience members with reduced mobility. There are also accessible routes for the talks and the networking events.
All areas within the Rai are fully accessible; there are lifts across the venue, these can all be found on the 'YOU ARE HERE' board which will be located all over the Venue.
The Rai are able to provide non-electrical wheelchairs to use, on a request basis, which can be collected from the info desk at entrance K. Please contact the Rai for more information.
The Rai provides disabled parking at the venue, you can book parking prior to the event online here.
Although not all properties in Amsterdam are fully accessible there are a vast amount of accommodation options available that are. Please contact the Accommodation Team for further information.
Accessible to all delegates throughout the show week, we have a dedicated Nursing Room and a Multi Faith Room located in the Elicium.
