Co-Founder & Co-CEO
Ladi is a life-long entrepreneur who has been building businesses in emerging markets across Asia and Africa for over 15 years.
He studied at Oxford and LSE and spent time in Asia launching different businesses, where he realised that he wanted to use entrepreneurship to solve the world’s greatest challenges.
In 2014, Ladi founded Grace Lake Partners (GLP) with his co-founder Jide Odunsi. GLP is a venture studio in Nigeria that focuses on creating shared value by building businesses that address societal problems and challenges. GLP has launched three businesses: JCDecaux Grace Lake, an outdoor advertising business in partnership with JCDecaux, and two healthcare businesses targeted at people who may be at the base of the socio-economic pyramid.
Ladi believes that it is the responsibility of Africans like himself who have been educated and developed in the Western world to use entrepreneurship to solve challenges back home.
