The ABN AMRO + Techstars Future of Finance Accelerator is a premier fintech program based in Amsterdam, backing early-stage European founders building the infrastructure for the next generation of financial services. Now in its sixth edition, the program unites ABN AMRO's deep expertise in financial services with Techstars' global network and proven acceleration model. Each year, a select cohort of 10 fintech companies joins an intensive, fully in-person 13-week program designed to deliver 18–24 months of progress. Founders receive hands-on mentorship from experienced fintech operators and investors, go-to-market support, and a $220,000 investment from Techstars — along with lifetime access to the Techstars global network of founders, alumni, and capital partners. The program targets builders and enablers tackling the most urgent challenges in finance today: AI-native infrastructure, regulatory compliance (PSD3, DORA, EU AI Act, MiCA), embedded finance, private markets, and financial health. As agentic AI moves from pilot to production and Europe's regulatory landscape grows in complexity, the program seeks founders creating the tooling and platforms that help banks, insurers, and payment providers adapt and thrive.
