AAt DataWhisper, we are focused on building Agentic AI products for regulated industries, with a particular focus on payments and financial services. We help enterprises deploy AI safely at scale by embedding governance, compliance and auditability directly into operational AI systems. At the core of our platform is SmartInsights CortexOS, a governance-first Agentic AI orchestration infrastructure designed for regulated environments. CortexOS enables enterprises to run governed multi-agent AI systems with durable memory, audit-grade controls and human-in-the-loop oversight by design, allowing organisations to safely automate complex operational workflows at scale. Today, DataWhisper has two live CortexOS-powered products for the payments industry: - Engage & Grow, an AI-driven merchant account management solution that continuously monitors merchant portfolios, identifies churn risk and growth opportunities, and executes retention and engagement strategies across the merchant base. - AI Onboarding , an agentic ai onboarding and compliance automation solution that streamlines merchant onboarding, reduces operational friction and improves compliance efficiency through governed AI orchestration. Both products are built as specialised branches of the same underlying orchestration engine, enabling rapid deployment of enterprise-grade Agentic AI capabilities across regulated operational environments. DataWhisper is a Google UK AI First Accelerator alumnus, Google Partner, NVIDIA Inception partner, LSE Launchpad member and ScaleUp member of the UK Payments Association. Founded and led by Luís Lancos, former SVP Technology at Elavon/US Bank, the team combines deep payments expertise with advanced AI and agentic systems engineering.
