Paul is the Chief Commercial Officer at Metro Bank. He joined the bank 2011 and looks after all Product, Digital, and Communication teams and leads the Corporate Transactions function. His role focuses on shaping Metro Bank’s commercial plan, ensuring the bank delivers products, services and user experiences that customers value. In 2017 he co-wrote the book Naked Banking, which explained why so many banks let customers down. He was educated at Nottingham, Oxford and Warwick universities.
