Laura Brodsky is an Expert in the global payments practice at McKinsey & Co., based in San Francisco.  She specializes in consumer payments and banking, with a focus on digital and mobile solutions in both developed and emerging economies.  Laura has experience delivering cutting-edge consumer products and developing strategic partnerships. 

Prior to McKinsey, Laura worked at Bank of America for seven years, most recently leading the bank’s launch of Apple Pay and the network tokenization standard in 2014.  She has also held roles in mobile banking strategy and delivery, credit card product management, business development, and new product innovation. 

Laura served as a keynote speaker at IDG’s Finance Tech World Conference in Seoul, South Korea in May, 2015, sharing her insights on the next generation of mobile payments in the US and abroad. 

Laura holds an MBA and Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Davidson College.
