A massive appetite for thefunding of disruptive startups is fuelling that fire, as well as theneed for banks to remain relevant and become innovation driversat scale. UX is fundamentally evolving into the emergent areas ofAI, voice, bots and context awareness, which operate more on thefrequency of human experience. Drawing on R/GA’s four decadesof experience in creating award-winning consumer experiences forglobal brands such as Nike and Beats by Dre, this session explores how experience can create meaningful one-to-one connections with customers to create smart services, better conversations and more meaningful connected experiences.
