Essential Registration Dates

When does delegate registration open for Money20/20 Europe? We are now open for delegate registration. For all passes and prices, click here.

Where will Money20/20 Europe 2020 be held? Money20/20 Europe will be held at the Rai Amsterdam in Amsterdam. The full address is Europaplein 24, 1078 GZ Amsterdam, Netherlands.

When does Money20/20 Europe 2020 take place? Money20/20 Europe kicks off on Tuesday 22nd September and finishes on Thursday 24th September 2020.

Is there a registration deadline? No, once registration is open, delegates can register up to and throughout the event. When our registration website closes, you are able to pay for a pass in our registration area at the event.

I have created an account but haven't received my password, what should I do? Please click on Forgotten Password and enter the email address you used to create your account. You should then receive an email to reset your password.

Is it possible to register more than one delegate before paying or must I pay for each delegate individually? You can register several delegates before submitting to pay and do not have to pay for all registered delegates at the same time. You can also register delegates and then return to the My Passes section of your My Account area and register additional delegates or make changes before paying.

I do not yet know the details of the delegates who will be attending, can I still register them? If you do not yet know the name of the delegate(s) attending, you can still register them without having to provide any details. Once you have the details, you'll be able to update the registration from the My Passes section of your My Account area.

When will I receive my final booking confirmation? In order for your registration to be processed, you must have paid your registration fee in full. Once we have received payment, we will contact you directly on next steps regarding confirming your pass(es).

What do I do if I require a visa? Please check with the Dutch embassy in your country if you are unsure whether a visa is necessary. Please note that only registered attendees will be provided a visa invitation letter upon request.

If you do require a visa, you can download a visa invitation letter directly online from the My Passes section of your My Account area, once you have registered. If the name on your registration differs from the one on your passport, please contact us: europe@money2020.com.

I get an error message when trying to register, who can I contact? Please contact us with a description of the steps taken, a screenshot of the error message you received and the browser version you are using. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.

What does my delegate pass include?

Payments

Which currencies do you accept? All payments must be made in EUR (€). We do not accept any other currency.

Do your prices include tax? All passes are subject to 21% Dutch VAT - this is paid directly to the Dutch government however companies based in the Netherlands with a valid Dutch VAT number are exempt from this and will need to contact Customer Accounts here: customeraccounts@money2020.com to arrange for this to be reimbursed, upon receipt of their valid VAT number. VAT may be reclaimable via your local tax representative for companies not based in The Netherlands.

What methods of payment are accepted? You can pay prior to the event with:

• VISA • MasterCard • American Express • Maestro • JCB • Discover • Diners Club • Bank Transfer

How do I pay by Bank Transfer? If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us at europe@money2020.com to request an invoice for you. Payment is required within 30 days. If payment has not been received by this time, your invoice will be made void and that rate will no longer be honoured if the price has increased during or after this time.

Once we have received payment, we will be in contact with you to confirm your booking.

What options do I have if my credit card is declined? It is advisable to contact your card issuing bank to authorise them to release the appropriate funds. Another alternative is a payment by bank transfer - if you would prefer to pay by this option, please contact us at europe@money2020.com.

Amendments and Replacements

Can I change the name of a booked delegate? Yes, if you wish to make a name change, you can do so by hovering over the delegate’s pass from the My Passes section of your My Account area, clicking on Pass Options and then Replace Delegate.

Is there a deadline to make a name change? No, however it will no longer be possible to make a name change via your online account when we close registration online.

I can only attend for one day; can I transfer my pass to somebody else? No, passes are non-transferable once printed.

Your pass is personal to you and once you have received your pass onsite it cannot be amended, substituted or reissued to another person. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not be permitted to use a pass other than the pass issued to you and which displays your name. We reserve the right to remove you from the event if you are found to be using a pass which has been issued to an already registered delegate.

My company is a sponsor, can we use each other’s passes during the event? No, passes are non-transferable once printed.

We reserve the right to remove you from the event if you are found to be using a pass which has been issued to an already registered delegate.

How can I change the name/email of the contact person of the booking? If you wish to change the name/email of the booking’s contact person, please contact us at europe@money2020.com.

Cancellations

Can I receive a refund or credit if I cancel my booking? All Money20/20 Europe passes are non-refundable, nor can they be transferred to another Money20/20 event. These cancellation terms apply for any type of cancellation reason.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to make exceptions for personal reasons, weather conditions, travel delays or other factors outside your control. However, it is possible to replace a delegate, via the My Passes section of your My Account area.

When online registration closes, it will no longer be possible to make a name change via your online account, however you will still be able to make a name change at the registration area of the event if the pass has not already been printed.

Where will Money20/20 Europe be held? Money20/20 Europe will be held at the Rai Amsterdam in Amsterdam. The full address is Europaplein 24, 1078 GZ Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Where is the closest airport? The closest airport to the Rai Amsterdam is Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.

How accessible will the event be? Money20/20 Europe is committed to providing a safe and accessible event for all. Please contact us at europe@money2020.com for any special requirements.

Is there parking available? The Rai Amsterdam provides indoor parking. The rate is €4.50 per hour with a maximum of €26 per day, or you can buy your day pass for €21 online on the Rai Amsterdam’s website here.

Picking up your badge

You can collect your badge onsite at the registration desks. Please see our opening times below.

Monday 21 September*: 14:00 – 20:00

Tuesday 22 September: 07:00 – 20:00

Wednesday 23 September: 08:00 – 18:30

Thursday 24 September: 08:00 – 15:30

*Please note that Monday 21 September is Pre Registration only. The show will begin on Tuesday 22 September.

Peak-time for badge collection is Tuesday 22 September from 7-10am, please allow at least 20 minutes during this time. Beat the queues and collect your badge during pre-registration on Monday 22 September.

General

Is there a dress code? Typically, delegates dress business attire. We say come as you are and wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and reflects your brand best.

I have specific dietary requirements. Can I add this in my booking? Yes absolutely. We at Money20/20 want to ensure that we are catering to you as best as possible. Please ensure that you add in your dietary booking at the time of your booking – you will see a designated field for this when making your booking. If you did not book your own pass, please contact us with your dietary requirements and will add this in for you.

Am I allowed to bring in my own food? You will not be able to bring food into the venue but not to worry, your ticket includes catering throughout the day.
