The global pandemic has thrust the FinTech industry back into the spotlight and once again it is at the forefront of providing solutions to some of the world’s biggest challenges.
In support of this vital work, we want to be clear that we are running Money20/20 Europe as planned on 22nd to 24th September at the Rai, Amsterdam.
Our event safety plans have been presented to the Amsterdam Mayor's Office. Which has now officially endorsed Money20/20 Europe as a safe environment for all its attendees. Amsterdam's Mayor, Femke Halsema, confirmed: "We have reviewed Money20/20's plans for its Europe show and are fully satisfied that the event meets the highest standards of safety. We very much look forward to welcoming Money20/20's attendees to Amsterdam this September." We continue to follow guidance from our venue, the local government and our expert partners, including the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, to ensure that we help keep our attendees safe and secure.
Just as the financial services community has responded to the Covid-19 crisis with out-of-the-box thinking, Money20/20 is adapting with the same agility. In 2020 we will be limiting the size of Money20/20 Europe to 4,000 people (compared to 6,000+ last year). Our priority is to provide a space where business gets done, safely. We know we can do this effectively if we keep numbers smaller, ensuring the right mix of delegates from the whole money ecosystem.
Thank you to our customers for your continued support. We look forward to welcoming you to Money20/20 Europe in September.
