Top tips and need to know facts!

Plan to walk…A lot! For those of you in fitness challenges counting your steps, get ready to score big this June! You’re going to be doing a lot of walking and standing, so be comfort-conscious when selecting footwear. You may want to bring a change of shoes.

Stay hydrated We recommend you pack a reusable water bottle to carry with you during the day. You’ll find water stations within the exhibition hall to refill your bottle and stay hydrated. If you forget to bring your own water bottle, fret not - simply walk up to a stand with freebies and snag a free water bottle.

Create a schedule You don’t have to strictly stick to it, but having a place to start will make all the difference. Ensure you allow for walking time between meetings and content sessions to avoid being late or missing out. Use our connections app to build your customised schedule. After show events Drop off your laptop and bags in your hotel before heading to that exciting party. If available, why not make use of the spa or gym facilities in your hotel to re energise before heading out for the evening?

Don’t lose your badge! We can’t reprint! Your badge is your key for entry to the show, content sessions as well as any evening events, remember to have it on you at all times. No badge, no entry.

Pace Yourself Make time to get out in the fresh air, nourish your mind and body with healthy food and take short breaks throughout the day.

You will have the urge to hit the ground running and try to cram as much into your first day as possible. Resist it! You will only be overwhelmed and disappointed with yourself that you don’t have the energy to go to that great evening party you had your heart set on.

Your coffee fix Keep your energy levels up during the day! There will be an exciting variety of food and drink available throughout the show at the exhibition hall.

Dress to impress Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and reflects your brand best. It should be layered, as room temperatures can vary.

Electricity The Netherlands uses the classic “Euro” plug, also known as type C and type F. If you are travelling from the United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia or the United States, you’ll need to bring an adapter

Water safety Tap water is safe to drink and is among the safest and cleanest tap water in Europe. Don’t forget to pack your recyclable water bottle and make use of the water refill stations at the venue!

Temperature and weather Overall expect quite a bit of sunshine and normal average temperatures of 15° Celsius (59° Fahrenheit) — and daytime highs of 19-20° Celcius (66.2-68° Fahrenheit). Don’t forget the aircon is always on in the venue and event spaces so be prepared for a range of temperatures that can vary between the outside and inside.
